the service was very fast. the front desk reception was especially helpful. i really appreciated the young woman at the reception.

The lobby felt quite underwhelming. there were no restrooms available while waiting to check in. I had to use the sports bar next door instead. the room wasn't suitable for working, the lighting was poor.

great locationsqueaky springsleaking shower

the location was great for attending blue jays' games. it was also close to the harbourside.

The mattress was really uncomfortable. The springs squeaked a lot with every move i made. additionally, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor after each use. it was quite annoying to constantly have to wipe up the mess.
